Order/Shipping Policy

• Orders can be submitted online or by phone 905-883-1212 extension 3585 or 3757.

• Orders submitted by 2:00 p.m. EST will be delivered next day.

• Orders that are submitted on Saturday, Sunday or Statutory Holidays will be processed the next business day.

• At this time, we only ship orders within Greater Toronto Area (GTA) in Canada.  It includes City of Toronto and the regional municipalities of Durham, Halton, Peel, and York.

• FREE SHIPPING on all orders picked up in the White Rose Gift Shop store at Mackenzie Richmond Hill Hospital. 
• Pick-up time:  Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. 

• FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $50.00 (before tax) or more.

• $10.00 Shipping Costs for all orders under $50.00 (before tax).
