Order/Shipping Policy
- Orders can be submitted online OR by phone 905-883-1212 extension 3585 or 3757.
- Orders that are submitted on Saturday, Sunday or Statutory Holidays will be processed the next business day.
- At this time, we only ship orders within Greater Toronto Area (GTA) in Canada. It includes City of Toronto and the regional municipalities of Durham, Halton, Peel, and York.
- FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $50.00 (before tax) or more.
- $10.00 Shipping Costs for all orders under $50.00 (before tax).
- FREE SHIPPING on all orders picked up in the White Rose Gift Shop store at Mackenzie Richmond Hill Hospital.
- Pick-up time: Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
- FREE SHIPPING on all orders delivered to Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital.
- Orders must be submitted by 1:00 p.m. EST for 24 hours delivery.
- For patient delivery, must provide the patient's name, patient room number, and the patient's contact information.
- For hospital staff, pick up option is available from the Volunteer Office, Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Call extension #5107 prior to pick up.
